Monica, aka "Momica", is the company's right hand, and we couldn't operate without her. She is intelligent and dedicated. Currently she is training for her very own department of sales.
Liz has really applied herself in her position. She is eager to learn and works very well with our business development partners. Liz brings a good sense of humor and is willing to contribute to the company's well being.
Zach is our "Comfort Advisor" and handles our estimating processes. He is a sports guy and can tell you what team is executing trades in nearly every sport. Zach likes educating our customers on new systems and how they can benefit your home.

Maintenance Tech
Geo is our Maintenance Technician and handles our cooler winterizing and summerizing. Geo graduated from SJVC's (Lancaster) HVAC Program. Geo has a great attitude for learning, helping co-workers and is a great ambassador for our company.
Curtis is an expert welder. He has a love for metal music and played a role in a band growing up. You would likely catch him outdoors fishing, camping, and cruising with his metal detector.
Jimmy came to HDAD to become a service tech with zero experience in the HVAC world. In only a short few months, with in-house training, he has become quite competent with evaporative coolers and has since started working with air conditioners
Installation Team
WAYNE
Install Tech
Wayne has been with HDAD the longest and skilled in just about everything. First on the scene and ready to lend a hand when anyone in the community needs help. He loves off roading and is really good at photography.
ADRIEN
Install Tech
Adrien came to HDAD to become a system installer. Adrien has shown a ton of initiative in researching the HVAC industry. We are looking forward to realizing his full potential.
JORGE
Install Tech
Jorge is a hard worker and is eager to learn. Jorge started as our Maintenance Technician but has since moved to our Installation team where he is thriving. Jorge is polite and very good at doing whatever it take to satisfy our customers. ​
